Included With Every Wedding & Event

We Arrive Prepared

Our professional and TABC-certified bartenders arrive at your event equipped with the necessary tools to serve bottled, canned or draft beer, wine, and mixed cocktails.

We Set Up the Bar and Chill the Drinks

Our bartenders will set up your bar area or serving station and chill the white wine, seltzers, and beer using your ice and ice chests.

Professional Bartenders, Endless Cheers

Our skilled bartenders are dedicated to keeping the drinks flowing throughout your event. We ensure every guest has a drink in hand from start to finish.

We Clean Up at the End

At the end, we will clean up the bar area, remove bar trash, and repackage unused alcohol so that your designated person can easily load it into their vehicle.

TABC-Certified Bartender

$425

One bartender required per 125 guests

Additional time is available with venue approval at $50 per hour per bartender.
We recommend keeping bartenders together for speedy guest service. If you have additional bars, there will be a set-up/clean-up fee of $100 per bar.
Small events and house parties may incur additional fees.

Non-Alcoholic Beverage Package

Per Guest

Delight your guests with our Non-Alcoholic Bar Service, offering a refreshing variety of drink options. This package includes Coke, Coke Zero, Sprite, tonic water, club soda, pineapple juice, cranberry juice, orange juice, grenadine, limes, salt, margarita mix, and three flavor syrups. We also provide all the essentials: napkins, straws, and 9 oz. cups.

Ice Service

$3.50

Per Guest

Keep your bar fully stocked with all the ice you need to keep drinks perfectly chilled. Our ice is guaranteed to last a minimum of four hours, so you can focus on enjoying your event. Pricing is just $2 per guest, plus $30 for each XL ice chest. Keg ice not included.

Frozen Margarita Machine Rental

Treat your guests to the ultimate crowd-pleaser! You provide your favorite tequila and triple sec, and we’ll handle the rest. Our package includes margarita mix, cups, straws, napkins, salt, and three delicious flavors. Perfect for making your celebration unforgettable!

Delight your guests by pairing coffee with cake! This package includes regular coffee, creamers, sweeteners, sugars, stir sticks, and foam cups—everything needed for the perfect coffee break.
