Full Wedding Planning Services
Our Full Planning option is the ultimate all-inclusive service for couples who want expert guidance every step of the way. From finding the perfect vendors to managing every detail, we handle it all so you can relax and enjoy the journey to your big day.
This Option Includes
Personalized vendor recommendations
We provide a personalized list of the top 2 to 3 vendors in each category, ensuring you have access to the best options for your style and budget. If none are the right fit, we’ll find more, saving you time and stress.
In-person and virtual meetings
Enjoy up to 3 in-person meetings and 5 virtual meetings per service category (i.e. caterer, DJ, etc.), allowing for more detailed planning and collaboration between our team and your chosen vendors.
Communication with vendors
We handle the logistical communication with your vendors to ensure that nothing falls through the cracks. You’ll have consistent and hands-on support throughout the entire process.
Comprehensive design assistance
If you know what you want but don’t have the time to execute it, we include extensive design guidance to bring your wedding vision to life with a cohesive and polished look.
Availability for questions and changes

We handle everything, including vendor research and booking, timeline creation, detailed design assistance, and managing all logistics. It’s perfect for busy couples who want to enjoy the process without the stress of planning.
- Partial Planning: This option is great for couples who have started planning but need help filling in the gaps. We provide personalized vendor recommendations, assist with finalizing details, and guide you through key decisions to ensure your plans come together seamlessly.
- Coordination: Often referred to as “day-of coordination,” this service is for couples who’ve done all the planning themselves but want a professional to manage the wedding day. We step in closer to the event to oversee timelines, vendors, and logistics, ensuring everything runs smoothly while you focus on enjoying your celebration.

When should I book Bluebonnet Events?
We recommend booking full or partial wedding planning services at least 10-18 months before your wedding. This allows us ample time to familiarize ourselves with your plans, finalize details, and ensure everything is in place for a seamless day.

Do you coordinate with all vendors or just the ones you provide?
We work with all your chosen vendors, whether they’re part of our in-house services or external partners. Our goal is to act as the central point of contact, ensuring everyone is on the same page and everything runs smoothly.
Can you help with last-minute changes or unexpected issues on the wedding day?
Absolutely! Our experienced team is equipped to handle any challenges that arise, from vendor delays to weather changes. We stay flexible and proactive, ensuring your day remains stress-free and enjoyable.
Is there a limit to how many meetings or calls we can have?
We tailor our services to your needs, and that includes communication. While some couples prefer regular check-ins, others are more hands-off. We’ll work with you to find the right balance and ensure you feel supported throughout the process.
How do I book you and what are the payment terms?
Booking Bluebonnet Events is easy! Just let us know you’re ready, and we’ll ask you a few questions and send over an agreement. A retainer of 25% of the total fee is paid at that time, and the balance is paid in equal monthly installments. If you book less than 3 months before your wedding date, the retainer is 50% of the total fee.
