Staffing Options & Pricing
Food Handlers
$175
per staff member
A minimum of 5 are required to plate food for buffet or plated meals.
Add 1 staff member if you want an attended beverage station.
Food handlers do not bus tables
Cleaning Service Team - Bussers
$175
per staff member for 4 hours of service
A minimum of 2 staff members are required for guest counts under 150.
Add 1 staff member for every 50 guests over 150.
Team members clear tables of plates, glasses, and utensils (they do not serve food or cake).
If you are using china, additional staff is needed to scrape plates.
Additional staff time is $40 per hour if pre-booked
Waitstaff
$200
per staff member
A minimum of 5 servers are required for seated service of up to 200 guests.
Add 2 servers per 100 guests if there is no tea/water beverage station.
Staff will clear tables of plates, glasses, and utensils up to one hour after serving tables.
Additional staff is needed to scrape plates (if you are using china) and/or if your caterer is not plating the food.
Cake Cutting Service
$1.75
per guest
The client provides plates, napkins, and forks.
Rent china and silverware cake fork for $1.50 per guest.
Setup / Breakdown Team
$4
per guest
The setup team will place tables and chairs based on the floor plan you provide.
The breakdown team will bag linens, stack chairs, folding tables, move decor to one spot for the family to pack, and dust mop the floor if the venue requires it.
Staff time must also be included in addition to the labor fee. The minimum charge for this service when staff is not already on-site is $350.
Decorating Team
$350
Our experienced decorating team will place linens, decor, escort cards, rental items, etc. This package includes two people and four hours of service, which is ideal for most weddings and events.
If your decorating needs will require more time, we can add staff or time at an additional fee.

Yes! Our staffing services are flexible. Whether you need help only during setup, service during the event, or cleanup afterward, we can tailor our team’s schedule to match your requirements.
Are your staff experienced in working weddings and formal events?
Absolutely. Our team members are highly trained and experienced in handling weddings and a variety of events. They understand the importance of professionalism, attention to detail, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for your guests.
Do you provide bartenders, and are they certified?
Yes, we provide experienced, TABC-certified bartenders who are knowledgeable about serving responsibly and creating a great drink service experience for your guests. Visit our bar services page for more details.
What are the payment terms?
Booking Bluebonnet Events is easy! Just let us know you’re ready, and we’ll ask you a few questions and send over an agreement. A retainer of 25% of the total fee is paid at that time, and the balance is paid in equal monthly installments. If you book less than 3 months before the date, the retainer is 50% of the total fee.
Can I combine staffing services with other Bluebonnet Events offerings?
Yes! Many clients pair our staffing services with rentals, florals, or bartending services for a seamless, all-in-one experience. Bundling services also reduces delivery fees, saving you time and money.
